At Replay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our returns and refunds policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return an item within 7 days of delivery provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

Proof of purchase is provided
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or defective:

Items marked as Final Sale / Clearance

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Gift cards or vouchers (if applicable)
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Return Process

Clear photos of the item (if faulty or incorrect)
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs

For faulty or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by Replay.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return courier costs.
Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
8. Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during sales or promotions may be exchanged or refunded unless clearly marked as non-refundable or final sale.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
